Quiet Hours, No Parties, & Our Neighbors – Our boat is meant for a peaceful getaway. Quiet hours are from 7pm–7am, and parties are strictly prohibited. The marina is home to full-time residents and has 24-hour management. Excessive noise or gatherings will result in a visit from the on-site manager or police. Motion-detecting security cameras are installed on the front (facing the parking lot) and side (facing the walkway) for your safety.
Parking, Access & Arrival – Free guest parking is located at the top of the hill. Wagons are available there to help carry your items—please return them afterward. To reach the boat, follow the paved path to ramp #3. Our boat is the third down, with a “Relaxing River Retreat” sign. Do not enter through the sliding door by the sign. Instead, walk between boats #2 and #3 to the end of the dock. Enter through the screened-in porch on the right. The lockbox with your key is inside, next to the sliding glass door, which is your entrance.
Gated Access – If you arrive after hours, the community gate may be closed. A code will be sent once your booking is confirmed. Use the keypad on the left side of the gate—no symbols needed. When leaving, just pull up and the gate will open automatically.
